Farrelly & Southern Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.farrellysouthern.ie website and provides a range of services including property letting, property management, property sales and proeprty valuations (the “Service”).

We will only send marketing communications to you if you have provided your consent for us to do so – by coming into the office in person and providing your details, contacting us by phone and providing your details, or via email (in which case you will have received a GDPR consent email) or any of the ways in which we have mentioned in the paragraph above.
Transfer Of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, will be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located in Ireland, where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

We may disclose your information to the Residential Tenancies Board if you are a Tenant or Landlord to register the tenancy. For properties where we carry out management and maintenance services, we may also provide your contact details to contractors or management companies where there are works to be carried out.
We take steps to ensure that any third-party partners who handle your information comply with data protection legislation and protect your information just as we do. We only disclose personal information that is necessary for them to provide the service that they are undertaking on our behalf.
Analytics
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

How long do we retain information?
The retention periods differ depending on the purpose of the processing and the nature of the information. How long we keep data is primarily determined by how long we need it for the purposes we are going to use it for, based on your enquiry with us or service you have availed of; as well as for time periods set out in law and the period we need to keep it to defend ourselves against legal action. However, in some cases we may need to keep personal data longer than the above periods. Examples of these situations include legal cases. After the periods set out above, we will anonymise or delete the personal data. Anonymisation means that we will delete certain aspects of the information we hold (such as name and street address) so that we can no longer determine who the data relates to. Request for data we are holding about yourself
You have a right to know what personal data we hold on you, why we hold the data, and how we are processing the data.
Please send all your requests to the contact details provided, with as much detail as possible about your requirements to allow us to deal with your request efficiently. Upon receipt of a request, we will have 30 days to provide a response, with an extension of two further months if required. If we require more time to deal with your request, we will notify you of the delay, and the factors resulting in the delay, within 30 days of the receipt of the request. If we refuse your request, we will notify you within 30 days of the receipt of the request accompanied by the reason for refusal.
You are entitled to contact the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner if we refuse your request.
