Emma Farrelly – Director
Emma Farrelly is a Director of Farrelly & Southern Estate Agents, and has a Degree in Auctioneering, Valuations and Estate Agency from DIT. Having worked in Estate Agencies throughout Kildare and Dublin, Emma has a wide range of knowledge in property matters, and a thorough understanding of the local markets. Emmas’ background is in Lettings, Sales, Management and Valuations.
Rebecca Southern – Director
Rebecca is a Director of Farrelly & Southern Estate Agents, and has a Degree in Real Estate Business & Management from Liverpool John Moores University. Rebecca’s background is in Commercial and Residential Surveying, having positions at both global and national firms in the UK. Rebecca moved to Ireland in 2012, focusing on Residential Sales, Lettings, Valuations, and Property Management. Rebecca has a good knowledge of the local property market.
Dan Reilly – Senior Negotiator
Dan has a wealth of experience in both the Residential and Commercial fields. As Senior Negotiator at Farrelly & Southern, Dan heads up the Commercial Section of our Office. Dan has a background in Property Sales and Lettings, specialising in Commercial sites and development land. Dan has great knowledge of the local area and market.
